                    It's chinese diet soup. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 tablespoons cornstarch  |  
                                                1 cup cold water  |  
                                                6 cups chicken broth  |  
                                                6 green onions (cut in small pieces)  |  
                                                2 cups tofu  |  
                                                1/2 cup peas (optional)  |  
                                                2 eggs (lightly beaten)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. boil broth. 2. mix starch and water, then add mixture to broth. 3. add egg, and mix quickly for 10 seconds. 4. add tofu and peas. 5. boil for another 7 minutes. 6. garnish with green onions.                              |
