This is an even lower calorie soup!
Ingredients:
4 cups fat free chicken broth
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 green onions, green parts only thinly sliced
Directions:
1. In a saucepan bring the 4 cups of chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the sugar, salt.
3. Cook for about another minute.
4. Remove from the heat.
5. Gradually stir in the egg white, stirring in one direction only.
