This is an even lower calorie soup! Ingredients:
4 cups fat free chicken broth |
2 egg whites |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
2 green onions, green parts only thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan bring the 4 cups of chicken broth to a boil. 2. Add the sugar, salt. 3. Cook for about another minute. 4. Remove from the heat. 5. Gradually stir in the egg white, stirring in one direction only. |
