A custard pie without a shell. A great southern delight! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 cup white sugar |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In no specific order, mix all of the ingredients together in a mixer or blender. 2. Butter a pie pan, dust with flour, and add mixture. Cook for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) or until golden. Tastes good hot or cold. |
