Ingredients:
3 eggs, slighty beaten |
1 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 cups milk |
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla; beat until blended. Stir in milk, and pour into pastry shell. 2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge of pie comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. |
