Serve it with Steamed Rice and some Spicy Side Dish . Ingredients:
4 large eggs , hard boiled , slit |
1 large onions , sliced |
3 small tomatoes , sliced |
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste |
2 tsp corriander pwd |
1 tsp chilli pwd |
1 tsp chaat masala pwd |
1/2 tsp tumeric pwd |
Directions:
1. Fry the onions . 2. Add the tomatoes and fry until pulpy . 3. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell disappears . 4. Mix all the powders in . 5. Fry for 2 to 3 mins . 6. Add 1 to 2 cups of water and boil . 7. Thicken until desired consistency is reached and add the eggs . 8. Simmer for 2 to 5 mins . |
