Egg-ceptional Easter Cookies |

Nice egg shaped chocolate chip cookies just in time for Easter. Decorate with icing,sprinkles,remaining chocolate chips. Ingredients:
2c. flour |
1tsp. baking powder |
1/4tsp salt |
1c granulated sugar |
1/2c(1 stick) butter,softened |
2tsp. vanilla extract |
1 large egg |
2c(12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips,divided |
colored icing,sprinkles |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Combine flour,baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat sugar,butter and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1c. morsels. Press enough doug into greased and floured tablespoon to make slightly rounded. 3. Invert onto ungreased baking sheets. Continue with remaining dough. 4. Bake for 10-12 mins. or just till golden around the edges.. Cool on sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to racks and cool completely. 5. Frost with icing and decorate with with sprinkles and remaining morsels. |
