My co-worker makes this when we're extra nice to her...YUMMY! Great with sausage or ham, or without meat at all. Ingredients:
12 eggs |
1 cup half-and-half cream |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 lb bacon |
2 cups swiss cheese |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
2 cups mozzarella cheese |
1 (5 ounce) box croutons |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Layer 9x13 pan with croutons and each cheese. 2. Cook and crumble bacon. 3. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and 1/2 & 1/2. 4. Top pan with bacon then pour mixture over cheese. 5. Cover and refigerate overnight. 6. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. |
