Ingredients:
6-7 slice(s) bread |
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
6 eggs, beaten |
2 cup(s) milk |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 pound(s) sausage,cooked and crumbled |
3/4 cup(s) shredded cheddar |
3/4 cup(s) shredded mozzarella |
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Cur crusts from bread and place the slices in a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Add sausage and sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Mix eggs with salt, dry mustard, milk, and worscestershire sauce. Pour mixture over cheeses. Refrigerate overnight. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until set. |
