A great brunch or company breakfast casserole. Ingredients:
7 slices bread, cubed |
3/4 lb ham, cubed |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese or 1/2 lb other mild cheese, cubed |
6 eggs, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon mustard |
2 cups milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix bread, ham, cheese in greased 9 x 13 pan. 2. Beat eggs, mustard, milk and salt. 3. Pour over bread mixture. 4. Drizzle with melter butter. 5. Cover with foil. 6. Refrigerate overnight. 7. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
