My mother made these for me all the time because of our schedules when i was growing up, i thought it was a normal American dish until i couldn't find it anywhere, so i figured i'd put it here Ingredients:
eggs (as many as you/ your family would eat normally) |
and your favorite style of bread |
Directions:
1. crack your eggs into a bowl and spice as you wish 2. mix the eggs completely in a bowl 3. dip in a peice of bread (on one side only, keeps the mess down when you're running to catch a bus or you're late for a meeting) let it sit for about three to five seconds and then put it in a frying pan on high 4. leave in the pan for another ten seconds and there it is 5. yes, it's easy, yes, it's VERY quick. and it's alot better than stopping at the local fast food place for breakfast. 6. yes the steps are alot like French toast, my mother actually told me that it was her alternative to French toast whenever she couldn't afford the ingredients. |
