3/4 cup(s) low fat milk
3/4 cup(s) bisquick
3 tablespoon(s) oil (olive or vegetable
2 cup(s) reduced fat cheese
add meat and veggies of your choice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x13 casserole. Pour above ingredients into casserole dish. Bake for 50 minutes, turning the dish half way through the cook time.
