Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs |
4 medium scallions |
1 bunch fresh watercress |
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons white horseradish |
1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise |
black pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Grate the eggs. 2. Mince the parsley, watercress and scallions. 3. Add salt, horseradish, mayonnaise and pepper. 4. Gently fold everthing together. 5. Mold into a mound and chill for several hours before serving. |
