Ingredients:
4 slice(s) bread |
1 pound(s) sausage |
1 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
6 eggs |
2 cup(s) milk |
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
1 dash pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Tear bread and place pieces in greased baking dish, 9 x 13 inches. 2. Brown sausage and drain. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes. This may be prepared the day before. Cover and refrigerate. |
