This may sound strange to some but tastes great! Spread over buttered bread for a tasty sandwich or simple buttered toast. Salad cream can also be substituted for mayo or butter. Ingredients:
1 egg, hard boiled |
1 tablespoon salad cream |
1/8 teaspoon watercress |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and serve either on bread or toast. |
