I know it sounds really weird, but it tastes like HEAVEN! I add green beans/broccoli to mine. You can too if so desired.:-) Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick oats, dry |
1 cup water |
2 ounces cheddar cheese |
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
mustard (optional) |
salt & pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, mayo and optional mustard in a large bowl. Set aside. 2. Combine oats, water, cheese, and salt and pepper in a pot and cook for about 3 minutes or until oats are cooked and the cheese is melted. 3. Combine everything together in the large bowl. 4. Stir and serve.:). |
