Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
milk
4 slices bread
4 slices bacon
2 eggs, fried
1/2 cup maple syrup
Directions:
1. Add vanilla ,cinnamon and a little milk to the beaten eggs
2. Dip bread slices in mixture
3. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat and cook the bread until browned on both sides
4. Set aside and keep warm
5. Cook bacon until crisp
6. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon grease and fry two eggs to desired doness
7. Make sandwiches with the bacon and eggs and french toast
8. Pour Maple syrup over or just dip sandwiches
