Japanese Meals on the Go – Bento Boxes by Naomi Kijima Ingredients:
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon mirin |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/3 cup water |
1/2 skewer grilled eel, cut up |
1/3 bunch scallion, chopped |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Put the liquid ingredients and sugar in a pot. Add the eel and bring to a boil. 2. Add the scallions and stir in the egg. Shake gently until almost set. |
