Ingredients:
12 oz salmon fillets |
1 t olive oil |
2 t soy sauce, light |
1/2 tsp garlic, minced |
1/4 tsp ginger, powder |
2 tsp lemon juice, to taste |
3 tsp old bay seasoning |
1 pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, juice, seasonings, salt & pepper. 2. Blend well. 3. Pour marinade into a 9 x 13 glass dish. 4. Place salmon in marinade, cover and refrigerate for about 12 hours, turning occasionally. 5. Broil or grill salmon for 4 minutes on each side, until salmon flakes easily. |
