4 ounces boneless chicken breasts |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 medium sweet potato |
2 cups fresh broccoli |
Directions:
1. Baked Sweet Potato:. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 3. Scrub potato and prick with fork in 4 or 5 places. 4. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes depending upon size. 5. When finished cooking, let potato stand approximately 1-2 minutes. 6. Split, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve. 7. Grilled Chicken:. 8. Preheat either grill or broiler. 9. Rinse and pat dry chicken. 10. Grill according to internal temperture. 11. Fresh Broccoli. 12. Rinse and chop broccoli. 13. Steam until just tender. |
