From Asparagus to Zucchini. You can use edamame in the shell or shelled for this dish. Ingredients:
1 lb edamame |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon brown sugar or 1 teaspoon honey |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Boil the edamame in salted water for 5-8 minutes. 2. Combine all of the other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring, to dissolve sugar or honey. 3. Toss with the hot edamame. Serve immediately. |
