Edamame With Asian Sauce

From Asparagus to Zucchini. You can use edamame in the shell or shelled for this dish.
Ingredients:
1 lb edamame
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon brown sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Boil the edamame in salted water for 5-8 minutes.
2. Combine all of the other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring, to dissolve sugar or honey.
3. Toss with the hot edamame. Serve immediately.
