A spicy delicious lowfat, high fiber, south beach friendly slaw/salad. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package soybeans (without the shells) |
1 (16 ounce) package cabbage |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
2 teaspoons red hot peppers |
1 teaspoon dried parsley |
1/2 cup rice vinegar |
4 teaspoons sesame oil |
2 teaspoons ponzu sauce |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl. 3. Combine the two and mix well. 4. Serve within a few hours. |
