A spicy delicious lowfat, high fiber, south beach friendly slaw/salad.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package soybeans (without the shells)
1 (16 ounce) package cabbage
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 teaspoons red hot peppers
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 cup rice vinegar
4 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons ponzu sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
3. Combine the two and mix well.
4. Serve within a few hours.
