In 'The Everything Soup, Stew, and Chili Cookbook' Ingredients:
6 cups chicken broth or 6 cups vegetable broth |
2 cups shelled edamame beans (fresh cooked or frozen, thawed) |
1 cup finely sliced white mushroom |
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
dark sesame oil (a dash) |
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over high heat; stir well. 2. Bring to a boil; decrease heat to medium; simmer 15 minutes. 3. Serve in shallow bowls. |
