1 (8 ounce) package edamame, shelled |
1/3 cup cilantro leaf |
1 avocado, chopped |
1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
1/3 cup water |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Put the edamame in a food processor and pulse several times. Add cilantro and pulse again. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. |
