Ingredients:
1 cup edamame |
1/4 cup onion |
1/2 cup cilantro |
1 garlic clove |
1 lime (juice) |
1 tablespoon miso |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon chili sauce |
Directions:
1. Cover the edamame in water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. 2. Drain the edamame reserving the water. 3. Mix everything in a food processor adding some of the reserved water to thin the dip to the desired consistency. |
