Ecuadorian Chili Avocado Dip |

This newspaper recipe intriqued me. I would recommend to double the recipe- its a sweet hot guacamole and I think outstanding! This is great on salsa chips, crudites or topped over grilled meats or on seafood Ingredients:
1/2 red onion |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley |
1 to 2 jalepeno peppers, seeded ( i used much less! ) |
2 garlic cloves |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
2 tsp sugar ( or splenda ) |
1/4 tsp chili powder |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 large avocado |
Directions:
1. In a food processor place all except avocado 2. Pulse to chop ingerdients 3. lastly add avocado and pulse to chop and mix in avocado 4. Use as a dip, spread or topping |
