These taste VERY meaty! Fast and easy! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/2 cup ground walnuts |
1 cup oatmeal (not instant) |
3 tablespoons milk or 3 tablespoons soymilk |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 teaspoon sage |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine to form patties. 2. Brown patties on both sides in 2 T. oil. 3. Add 1/2 Cup water and 1 T. soy sauce to patties. 4. Cover, simmer till liquid is almost evaporated. |
