Ingredients:
1 package(s) graham crackers |
2 package(s) (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix |
3 1/2 cup(s) milk |
8 ounce(s) coolwhip |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 stick(s) butter |
1 1/3 cup(s) powdered sugar |
1 stick(s) melted butter |
1/3 cup(s) cocoa |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 pound(s) powdered sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) milk |
Directions:
1. For cake: Butter 9X13 cake pan. Put 1 layer of graham crackers on the bottom. Next, mis 2 pkgs of pudding w/milk and coolwhip. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers in pan. Add another layer of graham crackers. Put the remaining pudding mixture over crackers and another layer of crackers. Refrigerate 2 hrs. 2. For Icing:Beat all ingredients and spread on cake (Cream cheese and margarine easier to beat if room temp.) 3. For alternative Icing: Beat well and spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate 24 hrs. |
