1. Prepare crust per instructions Place on foil lined baking sheet{Press out any folds in dough} 2. Mix 3/4 cup sugar corn starch andcinnamon toss with apples 3. Spoon into center of crust spread within 2 inches of edge of crust. fold 2 inch edge of crust over apples pleating crust as needed as to make edges brush crust with egg white sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar 4. Bake in Preheated oven 425 degrees for 20 minutes{or aplles are tender} cool slightly before serving.
