1/2 cup egg substitute |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tbsp almond meal |
1/2 tbsp flax seed milled |
1 splenda quick pack |
1/4 cup raspberries |
1/2 cup cottage cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix up ingredients well and pour into a pre-heated frying pan lightly sprayed with PAM. Cook one side and then flip completely over and cook the other side. 2.
