Easy Yummy Macaroni And Cheese |

This is a simple, yummy, comforting recipe. Your kids will love to help prepare it and really love to eat it! Ingredients:
1/2 lb macaroni noodles |
2 tbs butter |
2 tbs flour |
1 1/2 cups whole or 2% milk |
2 tsp salt |
approx 1/2 -1 tbs dijon or brown mustard |
1 cup mozarella cheese, shredded |
1 cup white or yellow cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Begin cooking your macaroni noodles, according to pkg directions. 2. Melt butter in a saucepan, over medium-low heat. 3. Add flour and whisk until combined about 1 minute. 4. Turn down heat to medium and add milk, slowly stirring until thick and combined, bubbling slightly...about 6 minutes. 5. Add salt and mustard, combine. 6. Add cheeses and blend until smooth. 7. Drain noodles. 8. Gently add macaroni noodles to sauce, coating well. 9. Serve hot |
