Easy to prepare. Even easier to cook!! Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans cooked wild rice, drained |
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can straw mushrooms, drained and halved |
1 (4 ounce) can button mushrooms, drained |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons thyme, dried |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish and cover. 2. Bake 1 hour at 350°F. 3. Enjoy! |
