Easy White Chocolate Cupcake Frosting |

This easy frosting frosts 12 cupcakes. You can also use this to frost a cake by making more of the frosting, but Iusually just use it to frost cupcakes. Ingredients:
-5 oz. white chocolate |
-1 1/2 cups icing sugar |
-1/3 cup milk |
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
-8 tblsp butter |
Directions:
1. -on a double boiler, melt chocolate, stirring until smooth. let cool. 2. -in a bowl, sift icing sugar. stir in milk and vanilla. 3. -add butter and beat until smooth. 4. -stir in melted chocolate. refigerate until ready to use. 5. -enjoy! |
