Easy White Chocolate Cheesecake

Absolutely delicious, way easy, NO cooking needed cheesecake!!!!
Ingredients:
500g white chocolate (milky bar - melted)
250g cream cheese (room tempture)
250g sour cream (room tempture)
300ml cream
60gm butter
1 packet malt biscuits
27cm springform dish (no smaller)
Directions:
1. To prepare the crust - place malt biscuits in a large sealable bag. Crush finely with a rolling pin.
2. Combine biscuit crumbs with melted butter, press into a greased 27cm springform pan.
3. Place in a bowl - cream cheese and sour cream (hand) mix until smooth - add cream - mix.
4. Add melted chocolate - mix.
5. Place mixture into biscuit crust and refrigerate until set or even better overnight..
6. Refrigerate until chilled.
