Made this frosting one day when I wanted a whipped cream frosting with a little flavor.

Ingredients:

2 pints heavy whipping cream

3 ounces instant pudding mix, any flavor

Directions:

1. Combine pudding mix and whipping cream.
2. beat with electric mixer on high for 10 minutes.
3. spread on cooled cake.
4. store cake in refrigator.
