Very nice fruity salad for the summer goes great with BBQ.

Ingredients:

1 small box pistachio instant pudding mix

1 20 oz can crushed pineapple

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 cup coconut, shredded

1 cup chopped nuts

1 9- oz carton whipped topping

Directions:

1. MIX PUDDING WITH CRUSHED PINEAPPLE. ADD THE MARSHMALLOWS, COCONUT AND NUTS AND STIR. THEN MIX IN THE WHIPPED TOPPING. CHILL AND SERVE.
