This is the easiest dish and I've never served it without a compliment. The photo is the receipe halved in case you have fewer guests. Ingredients:
1 cup mayo |
1 cup shredded mozzerella |
1 cup shredded parmasean |
2 cans quartered artichoke hearts |
1/4 tsp. garlic powder |
sprinkle generously with salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients together in a shallow small casserole dish (6x6 or similar size) 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes 3. Take a bagette loaf and slice. Add the slices to a baking sheet for last 5- 10 minutes 4. Serve! |
