An easy and delicious recipe for venison jerky, keeps wonderfully without refrigeration. Ingredients:
1 leg of venison |
2 cups soy sauce |
1 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut meat from venison leg into 1/4 thick strips, trim off membranes 2. Mix Soy, Worcestershire and Hot Sauces 3. Mix meat strips and sauce mix in large bowl, refrigerate overnight 4. Place batches into dehydrator, run about 6 -8 hours 5. Allow each batch to cool and place in zip-loc bags 6. Will keep indefinitely , prepare to make a lot of friends. |
