Fast and easy way to get healthy vegetarian chili. Ingredients:
3 cups kidney beans |
3 cups tomatoes, diced |
12 oz. sweet corn |
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce |
1/2 green pepper |
5 cups water |
1 onion, medium |
3 cloves garlic |
3 tbsp. chili powder |
1 tbsp. cumin |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. white pepper |
1 tbsp. honey |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in pot. Add water until ingredients are somewhat sparse. 2. Bring to boil over high heat, turn down slightly until frothy. 3. Allow water to boil off of soup until mixture is desired consistancy. 4. Add hot sauce or cayenne to taste. |
