Chili made using Boca vegetarian burger crumbles, pinto beans, and corn. Ingredients:
114 g (1 cup) boca crumbles |
28 oz crushed tomatoes |
15 1/4 oz del monte fiesta corn |
1 tsp garlic, minced |
3 tbsp chili powder |
1 tsp onion powder |
1 tbsp jalapenos, chopped |
2 cups pinto beans, boiled without salt |
1 1/2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Cook pinto beans. 2. Warm Boca burger crumbles in the microwave for 90 seconds. 3. Combine all ingredients into a pan and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Adjust spices to taste. 4. Makes 7, 1 cup servings |
