Easy Vegan Worcestershire

Not exactly the same as regular Worcestershire, but a good substitute. This sauce has a very intense flavor that I actually like MORE than the regular stuff. Found on .
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons braggs liquid aminos
2 teaspoons water
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar (i didn't use it) (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil over med-high heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for a minute or so, stirring often.
3. Let cool and store in frig in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
