Easy Vegan Sloppy Joes

healthy low cal vegan version of sloppy joes.
Ingredients:
14 oz firm tofu
2 t olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 t low-sodium soy sauce
2 c tomato sauce
1 t chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Add onion, green pepper and garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes or until tender.
3. Add tofu and soy sauce, and sauté for 5 minutes or until tofu starts to brown.
4. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin powder.
5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot over toasted hamburger buns.
