A fast and simple recipe enjoyed by the whole family. Ingredients:
800 g veal (1/2 inch thick slices) |
1 raw red bell pepper (sliced) |
1 large onion, sliced |
2 garlic cloves (chopped or crushed) |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon mild curry powder |
1 teaspoon flour |
3 drops soya sauce |
salt |
2 tablespoons sunflower oil |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Marinate the veal with flour, salt and soya sauce. 2. In a wok, put in the oil and fry the onions till tender. 3. Add garlic, ginger and curry powder then stir fry for 2 minutes. 4. Add the capsicum and stir fry till soft and then add the veal. 5. stir fry till veal is almost cooked then add water - 6. Cover and bring to a boil - add salt to taste. |
