Quick and easy! Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free plain greek-style yogurt (such as fageĀ® 0%) |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1/2 cucumber, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, parsley, and salt together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving. |
