Easy Turkey and Noodles Skillet |

Gotta love one-pan cooking! All the ingredients, including the noodles, cook in the same skillet to create creamy, ‘noodley' turkey goodness! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 (18 ounce) can progresso™ recipe starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce |
1 1/2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles |
1 cup green giant® valley fresh steamers® frozen sweet peas |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
2 cups cubed cooked turkey |
garnishes, if desired |
coarsely crushed sour cream and onion potato chips |
Directions:
1. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook onion in butter 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, just until tender. 2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except turkey and potato chips. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add turkey. Cover and continue to cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with potato chips. |
