A simple hot tuna melt that melts in your mouth! I'm in college and its very college friendly, not to much work but delicious! Ingredients:
8 ounces canned tuna |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
parsley flakes |
1 tortilla |
1/4 cup shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix together tuna and mayonnaise in a bowl until combined. 2. Spread on tortilla shell (like pizza sauce). 3. Top with parsley flakes and shredded cheese. 4. Broil for 5-10 minutes. 5. Cut like a pizza and enjoy! |
