8 ounces ground beef |
3 3/4 cups beef broth |
16 ounces salsa |
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
2 cups chopped onions |
1 1/2 cups corn |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
2 cups crushed tortilla chips |
salt and pepper |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook beef over medium heat, crumbling with a fork. drain. 2. Combine beef and remaining ingredients, except tortilla chips, salt, pepper and cheese, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. 3. Stir in tortilla chips. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve topped with cheese. |
