I love this easy treat. This really works. I have never tried this with no fat cream though. Enjoy. Ingredients:
3/8 cup whipping cream |
1 package soft silken tofu, drained |
4 tablespoons granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. spoon tofu into blender, along with whipping cream, vanilla, and sugar. 2. puree til well blended. 3. pour into container and freeze for 3 hours. 4. scoop and enjoy! |
