I used to eat this when I had a short stay in an Australian family. This is simple but tasty and nutritious. I love it. Ingredients:
2 pieces bread |
1 large tomato |
1/2 cup cheese, grated or sliced |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Put the bread into a toaster. 2. Slice the tomato. 3. Take out the toasts. 4. Put the tomato on top and sprinkle the cheese. 5. Put the whole thing into a microwave oven and cook for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. 6. Sprinkle some pepper to taste. |
