This is a basic no frill meatloaf for those of us who don't like a lot of stuff or ketchup in our meatloaf. My husband and I really like this. Ingredients:
2/3 cup evaporated milk, undiluted (pet brand preferred) |
1 egg |
1 cup cracker crumb |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix well in order given. 2. Press into a greased 8X5X3 loaf pan. 3. Bake in oven at 350F for 50-60 minutes. 4. Allow meat loaf to stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing. |
