Easy Three-Cheese Lasagna |

Old-fashioned, have-a-splurge lasagna. Ingredients:
5 cups prego traditional sauce |
2 lbs. ricotta cheese |
1 egg, beaten |
1 lb. low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese |
1 lb. parmesan cheese, grated |
5 servings barilla lasagna noodles |
Directions:
1. Boil noodles pre package directions. 2. Make three layers in this order: sauce, noodles, mozzarella, ricotta beaten with the egg, parmesan. 3. End with stripes of remaining sauce. 4. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. 5. Let rest 10 minutes. 6. Serve. |
